Pashmak is a band hailing from Milan, composed by young members (born in 1992 and 1993, with
the exception of a 1984-born) whose current formation originates in the spring of 2013, after two
EPs acclaimed by both public and critics (Magnetic Knife Strip, released in 2012, and
Desquamation, released in the first months of 2013).

Their sound is powerful and ever-changing, freely but confidently shifting through electronica, artrock, indie and folk, studded by wide and diverse influences, exactly like the origins of the band
members: one of Iranian descent (lead singer Damon Arabsolgar), one of U.S. descent (Giuliano
Pascoe), and two Southern Italians hailing from Sicily (Martin Nicastro) and Lucania (Antonio
Polidoro), plus also an original Milanese (Stefano Fiori).
